Iron Grip Gym Description

At Iron Grip Gym, our vision is to provide a terrific place for everyone to reach their health, bodyweight, strength and fitness goals, in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere.

Iron Grip is the dream of Jim O’Donovan, a former competitive bodybuilder and personal trainer for over 30 years. He has coached and trained athletes at the highest international level as a National Coach for the Australian Powerlifting Team – one of only three Level 2 qualified Powerlifting coaches in Australia.

He has assembled a team that has as its goal sharing the most effective training methods and unparalleled fitness knowledge with EVERY Iron Grip member. This is not your usual gym … it’s the real deal!

We provide a personal, friendly and approachable gym atmosphere, with none of the intimidating or complicated set ups that are sometimes found at the larger, commercial chain fitness centres. Our focus is on people, and providing the best service and advice possible. Our members are our priority. Our promise is to use our experience and wide-ranging expertise to help you achieve your goals, no matter what your current starting point and what it is you want to achieve. We will provide individual advice and personally guide you every time you visit.
