Big night of picking ahead

A few of you have asked about our stomp this year.
Unfortunately we are unable to hold it this year. There are few reasons for this, but predominantly that this year’s Harvest is about 3 weeks ahead of schedule and by mid February, I don’t think there will be any grapes left on the vines to pick. Function/wedding bookings at the centre prevent us from holding it earlier.
We are disappointed not be holding the day, as it’s a lot of fun. We’ll get it back on track next year.

Its that time of year again!

We are proud to announce our 2011 Peter Drayton Premium Release Cabernet Sauvignon is now gracing the Qantas Gourmet Traveller Wine lists. Qantas select only the best of the best from around Australia and this confirms that this wine is an absolute corker!

Along with our Gold Medal winners at the Hunter Valley Boutique Wine Show, IronBark Hill also won a variety of other medals!
Our 2013 Premium Release Chardonnay won Silver, as did our 2012 Tyrian and 2005 TJD Verdelho.
Our 2008 Museum Semillon, 2010 Effervesce, 2012 Shiraz and 2013 Semillon all won Bronze Medals!

Last night at the Hunter Valley Boutique Wine Show awards night, IronBark Hill won GOLD!
Our 2011 Peter Drayton Premium Release Cabernet Sauvignon, 2011 Premium Release Shiraz and 2012 Premium Release Chardonnay all won GOLD!
The 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon also won the TROPHY for OPEN VINTAGE REDS!
