Great pizza, service is average, booked a table for 7pm, arrived at 6.55pm and was seated at 7.10pm as the empty tables weren’t setup to be ready. Manager review these procedures, staff weren’t under pressure either.

Dont normally leave reviews but wont be going back out of shear principle. Charged $16 for a 1 x small glass of coke and 1 x small glass of orange juice for our kids! Ur kidding right. Rarely pay more then that for a glass of nice wine or a beer. !:-(((( food wasnt anything special either.

We had creamy, bacon, mushroom pasta and it was delicious. The pizza also looked good. Great service and atmosphere.

It's always a pleasure to come here and enjoy the pizza. It's more than kids friendly, it's a great place to come back to ! See you again soon !

Extremely disappointed. We waited close to an hour and half for our meals. Arrived just before 7pm and served closer to 9pm. Enquired twice on the status to get fobbed off with the usual comments we are very busy or other excuses that the ticket machine broke. Other tables around us also complianed on the wait as well. The manager on the floor really did not care and was ready to argue why the service was substandard - very frustrating when you have a table with 10 adults and with young kids. There was no follow up by staff on our table service and we had to always get up and ask for service. By the time the meal arrived some of the kids were asleep. Would not recommend this restaurant for eating out if they appear busy. At a minimum all good restaurants should cater timely service for the table capacity. It seems the priority to make more money satisfying phone orders than the customers in house.

Very good food and atmosphere and staff are very helpful. Prices perhaps slightly on the high side but worth it for a very nice experience.

The food here is great.
The pizza bases are authentic and the toppings are extremely fresh and tasty.
The gnocci I have had before is homemade and delicious.
The sticky date pudding is the best ive had.
One of the best Italian restaurants.

I'm not one to usually write reviews but the experience I had at a dinner I had been expecting to enjoy has driven me to do so. A waitress came over (without a pen and paper) to take mine and a friends order; a pizza, a pasta and two glasses of wine. Although she didn't have a pen and paper to jot this down I assumed it wasn't too hard to remember as it was only two orders. She came back over after taking our orders to confirm which pasta I wanted and which wine my friend wanted. After a bit of a wait (and other patrons receiving their food before ours, although we had ordered first) I finally received my pasta dish- but it was incorrect. That wasn't the bad part as I understand people make mistakes and I even offered to just eat it even though it really wasn't what I wanted. The worst part was that the waitress refused to admit that it wasn't what I ordered. She said 3 times 'no you didn't order that, you ordered this one'. I then had the manager come over and question me 'what did you actually say to the waitress?' 'Hmmm are you sure?'. The waitress then came over for the second time and with an accusatory tone said 'you didn't order that, I'm almost certain you said this'. When my pasta dish finally came out I couldn't even enjoy the mediocrity of it because I had felt so attacked. Having worked in hospitality myself I know how hard it can be and I know mistakes are sometimes made but 'the customer is always right' and even if I had been wrong I should not have been attacked and accused by the employers and the manager of the business. I think these people need to be re trained in what hospitality and the family restaurant business is all about
