Charlie came out and looked and listened. He then answered questions and provided explanations. We worked on some possible solutions, and Charlie often suggested a cheaper alternative, including renovating some infrastructure in situ.. A collaborative approach for a mutually acceptable solution. Sounds good to me.

Wouldn't use them again. Went somewhere else and paid for pumps than trust them to do warranty.
