I'm baffled by these negative reviews, although they all seem related to online purchases.

I've been ordering PC components on the website and picking up from the store for years with no trouble.

Once I bought some RAM that was defective, took it back the next day and it was exchanged on the spot. Highly recommended from me!

10 weeks after paying online for a phone, my order was cancelled because they could not procure stock. Over the course of these three months I was told that all stock would "definitely come in as a deposit had been paid". Was then provided many excuses that were also eventually not true over the following weeks before finally being told "we are cancelling the order because people are tired of waiting". Having just been told I was around 20th in queue (a number that fluctuated up and down inexplicably over the weeks), I stated that I would wait longer and that individuals tired of waiting could easily make the decision to cancel their own orders. I received the same nonsense reply. This scenario of nonsense justifications of their inability to supply what they had promised happened repeatedly. If you order from them, do not expect your product to ever arrive.

Absolutely Appalling. If you are thinking of buying from Itestate, please think again. They advertised a product they didn't have, took my money, then didn't communicate at all, just keeping my money. I called them multiple times, every time getting told I would receive the product (phone) next week.

Finally, I'm asking for a refund now after getting baited for over a month. And now they refuse to give my money back, whilst saying they have.

Please please please don't buy from them, they're 100x worse than MSY and others.

I purchased a new computer for my business from IT estate. Not sure exactly what they did wrong but it crashes from time to time - I can only assume they were using incompatible parts.

In addition, I bought a wireless USB adapter from them which did not work out of the box. I took it back and they sold me a new one with a promise to refund the cost of the original faulty one. I chased them for several months! They never returned calls and never paid me the money. It was not an especially expensive item but beware that they will sell you faulty equipment and not give you a cent back for it.

As far as the faulty computer goes, this was a more expensive mistake, which I cannot get fixed either - just spend the extra $50 and go to Dell! These guys are just dodgy.
