I had the pleasure of attending this venue recently for a small Christmas after party. A friend had arranged a VIP package - whatever that means - however, it seems everyone is also a VIP. The supposed VIP perks were virtually non-existent. Just don't go here if you're over 21... There also appears to be no dress code here anymore, so feel free to go in your volleys and t-shirts!

Great Private Work Function Areas for Christmas Party. Loved the service from the wait staff. Overall great club with different areas and access.

Just went to Ivy on a Friday night after trying to hit up all the other clubs in town and by far was it the best one. The music was pumping, everyone dancing and mad mosh pit. Some weird guys though that stand around and try to dance with drunk chicks. And also the drinks are expensive. But other then that definitely where I’m going again.

Multi floor space with plenty of restaurant and bars. I love that the restaurant is so big and could accommodate over a hundred people. Great for venue hopping for a whole night. After dark, it turns into a nightclub band you can stay after dinner for dancing.

It is refreshing to go to a function room that doesn't feel like a function room! Good food and great court yard views. Not often you get naturual light......

Very nice scenery. Security and bar tenders are overrated, rude and not accommodating at all.expect to wait at least 10 minutes before a bar tender decides to serve you. And during those 10 minutes be prepared to watch two out of the three bar tenders there cleaning or talking to eachother rather than serving customers.

Dominique and the team is the best. All the bouncers and the team is so helpful, they might be bit arrogant but in terms of security it’s the best venue. I lost my LV Wallet full of cash & lots of business cards, in just 30-40 mins whole team looked at the CCTV and all the relevant proofs and found me my pocket picker. There team work was outstanding. I lost all the hope but I got each and every thing back. I even went to offer some donations or tip to whole team but they didn’t accepted it. It was amazing experience, I am really surprised of the fabulous team work of such a busy venue. Thanks a lot to everyone any please let me know if I can donate something for staff, it will be an owner for me

Ivy is honestly the best joint in Sydney...On the weekend I may have lost my watch there so I let the staff know about it and they have been taking such good care of the situation and trying really hard to track down my watch for me and have honestly gone out of their way to help so I cannot thank them enough for that. Even if we don't end up finding the watch I'm still so thankful to Ivy for going out of their way for me and putting me at ease with the situation so hat off to all the staff and you'll be definitely seeing me and friends back at the most glamorous yet down to earth club in town!!!!! I love you guys!!!!!

Great place for entertainment food drinks and a good night!! Ivy never disappoint ! With a large establishment with everything u need in a club to a restaurant! Thursday night free entry and really crowded! Saturday night pacha night paid entry but good crowd!

My favourite club in Sydney. Gorgeous people, gorgeous staff, superb environment. A bit pricey

Will never go back to this disgusting place ever again. The service that was received by the security guards out the front on Thursday night was nothing but appalling. To have one of my friends refused entry due to the colour of his skin and for them to advise him that HIS KIND WAS NOT WELCOMED THERE is nothing but disgusting, disgraceful and down right racist. Shame on you for having such disgusting excuses for human beings working for your company. I will never return...

If you have zero personality, zero imagination and the beige-est of tastes, you'll love this place. Big building full of rule followers with a light to moderate sprinkle of escorts to offset the middle management clientele. Definitely hit this joint up if someone else is paying for the booze.
