***HOW TO ORDER***

To order from our range is very simple and quick. All you need to do is send us a message with the name, quantity and colour of the items you wish to purchased, don't forget to include your email address. When we receive your message we will begin to process your order. We will then message you a total to be paid and our account details once payment is finalized we will finalized your order. Simple!

***POSTAGE DETAILS***

Once your item has been shipped we will email you with tracking details. PLEASE BE AWARE Once your parcel has left our premises, we will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged or late products. Therefore once your order has been posted for all enquirys regarding your items please see the Australia post website.
Please allowed UP TO 6 weeks for postage. Especially during our peak periods, sales periods and general busy times. Ivys lane will endeavor to have your item(s) posted ASAP Remember this is just an approx. timeframe, our turn around is normally pretty quick.
Once your item has left our premises we will send you an email and include a tracking number.

Now for the serious part. Ivys lane endeavors to produce beautiful products you and your special little one will cherish. If you are unhappy with your product and wish to have a refund please be aware refund items must be returned to Ivy’s lane at the buyers expense for postage. If the buyer would like an exchange or another product Ivys lane will charge postage fee between $15 and up to $20 depending on the items weight. Ivys lane will only refund a product that is in an unworn, unused condition. Ivys lane will issue a refund once the retuned item has been inspected by one of their staff.
