J& B currently employ 29 people in a combination of roles throughout the central west.

Most staff have been trained in Confined Spaces and Working at Heights. J& B have employees that range from Fitters, Machinist’s, Welders, Boilermakers, Apprentices in both Fitting /Machining and Boiler making, Light vehicle Mechanics, Diesel Mechanics and Trades Assistants.

J & B Stainless Fabrications has a fully equipped workshop in Bathurst consisting of high voltage migs, guillotine, folders, lathes, mills and presses. Twelve vehicles are fully equipped for onsite work including two Lincoln Vintage 400 amp mobile onsite welders, which has the capability of doing air arch gouging, diesel compressor, stick welding, mig welding and plasma cutting.

Two mechanics and a mechanical workshop is available for specialised auto mechanical works.
