My pride and joy was rear ended and I was stuck to who would treat my car like it was their own.. Jack Hillermans was recommended to me from a friend so I went ahead and called and spoke to Chris. Chris's customer service and understanding was second to none! He assessed the car, and gave me a date to bring it in.. took it in on a Monday morning and they had the car back to me Friday afternoon, same week looking brand new! I won't trust anyone else with my car if something ever happened again!

Unfortunately I haven't had the best of luck over the last few years and have had to have my vehicles repaired several times after other people have (significantly) damaged them.
Each time Jack Hillermans have been amazing... Twice I've had deadlines on when I needed my own vehicle back and they have gone above and beyond to accommodate this.
Highly recommended.

These people left large blobs of clearcoat on my Subaru, up to 3mm in height on the rear bumper. They also lost my rear passenger door ash tray, not that I use these, but when I asked them to look for it, they accused me of not having one in the first place and angling to get one from them, i.e. basically accused me of lying. I was recommended to go to them by Subaru at the time, but I should have done my own homework. I was blown away that they would accuse me of lying about the lost part. Major avoid, do not do business with Jack Hillermans

2016 Update: I finally managed to obtain another rear passenger door ash tray unit, some years after Jack Hillermans stole or misplaced mine and refused to assist me. I had to buy it from an individual who was parting out a similar Subaru, after failing to obtain one by visiting and calling wrecking yards over the last few years.

What I found so unusual about this experience, was the amazing lack of customer service. To accuse the customer of trying to obtain a missing part by accusing them of not having it in the car in the first place is not only quite unusual, it's just plain weird. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

I think out of all smash repairers I've been too, from absolute prestige pricey ones to lower priced centres, these guys are the bomb.

They are very professional, yet understand that your on a budget, very kind staff, and every time I go, they give me honest opinion which is great. I always recommend Them to everyone else that is looking for a great repairer, And I always look forward to going back there when I have any incidents with my car as I know I'm going to get a genuine service with a big smile on my face.

Went in today for a quote after my car was hit over the weekend and no details were left for insurance. Was unable to open the drivers door. Got a quote and the guy was then willing to pop out the panel making it possible for me to open my door, told me to come back to him when I'd gotten some money together for a proper fix. Didn't charge a cent, and I am so grateful. Will definitely be back when I've sorted my insurance out, and will recommend Jacks to anyone who will listen - amazing customer service! Thanks so much!
