$4.60 for a double espresso - you’re having a laugh.... what’s worse is the coffee was even good. Never again.

I ordered a fruit tart paid close to $8. The girl was very rude and had no customer skills. I opened the take away box and noticed all the fruit was brown and had no colour. They had given me one that was old. I went back and asked for a fresh one as it was not the one in the window. The young asian school girl rolled her eyes showed another employee ( they both looked at it as if i was crazy) and gave me a new one. No apology just threw it on the counter. How disgraceful as a customer I get given attitude.. never going back.

I ordered coffee and cake got the cake but not the coffee. After 20 minutes I asked for it and was told they couldn't find the order but they would make the coffee. After another 15 minutes went by I approached the counter and asked again this time it was the owner. He told me he would refund my money and I said all I want is my coffee that I ordered. He then told me he didn't need people like me anyway in the cafe. He is the rudest man and I have never been treated anywhere like this.i left without the coffee.

The staff need to be trained in customer service. Food was out 10min before coffee arrived. They get your money before you get the food. So they don't give a rats about you. Already paid them.

Expensive. Food ok but they got our order wrong. Incredibly slow coffee service and there were hardly any tables full -- I'd hate to be here when the place is busy. Coffee was almost cold when it arrived.

waitstaff made several errors on our simple order. The waitress could barely speak English and just kept making mistakes. Jamaica blue should not put staff in a customer service position if they can't speak or understand basic English!
