Another franchise flop
Extremely slow service, very disappointing! Waited 45 minutes for smashed avocado on toast. Absolutely ridiculous! Always having to wait 10 minutes or more for a coffee on the go!! Definitely a waste of time. They need to improve their service. The management definitely needs to make changes.
My regret of the year
Service here is okay, not amazing though. I felt bad for one waitress who was very clumsy and dropped bits of food and cutlery on me three times in one visit too.
Slow arse kitchen.. staff constantly walking round asking if you are waiting on anything which people clearly are. Guy next to me said he was waiting 45 minutes. Manager constantly looking at phone. Orders constantly going back because they are wrong. Feel very sorry for wait staff as they are the ones copping it from customers. Great work to Ethan that works there had a customer full on abuse him and he had to cop it on the chin!!
