Quiet and isolated place.
Love the tennis court and pool.

Be aware of this people
Specially if your are dealing with a woman called Donna .This woman is vey dishonest!
If you book with these people make sure you get everything in writing , specially if you planning to bring a group .
They do not honour their word .do not give $1 without a sign contract with all your expectations .
A week before our stay they changed the terms and conditions of our stay , They lied, lied and lied .
They did everything to avoid us,so they could keep our group deposit .

WOULD I STAY AGAIN ? ..NO
Whilst the room was clean, there were several issues. The room info said dial 9 if I had an issue. Very good, but the room had no phone, only a socket. When I had problems with the key I had to hike it to reception. The restaurant was only open on certain days for dinner and breakfast. The place was relatively empty, but in their wisdom they decide to surround us with a busload of noisy Asian tourists. The bedding arrangement had the double bed up against the wall….you couldn’t move it to get access from both sides. Whilst free wi-fi was provided it was hit and miss. And please, don’t use the word “Resort:, it is very misleading.

Great cabins and accommodation, very affordable and comfortable

The rooms were comfy and modern but lacked a kitchen (only had a kettle & fridge). Plenty of storage space and a fridge, bathrooms were nice. In terms of the grounds, they were very pretty and was a great place to walk around. The pool was big but it was too cold to go on it. Only negatives would be no good Power outlets near the beds, no reception (but decent wifi), there's also a decent gap underneath the room's main door which lets in a cold breeze when you're trying to keep the room warm (we had to block the gap with a towel) and cigarette trays on varanda weren't emptied from the last occupants. Other than that, it was a great place with a tennis court, nice walkways, ensuites in every room, big pool and nice venues.

A nice place to stay. I wouldn't class it as a 'Resort', more of a 'Retreat' but it was still quite comfortable. The rooms were modern looking and the grounds were nice.

A beautiful part of the region to visit.

For someone who held their best child hood memories at this place, I can quite confidently say I won't be returning. When booking, I continued to hold the belief breakfast and dinner would be supplied as part of cost, as it had been when I had previously been here.. Upon arriving, I was informed that the restaurant would only be open one night in my 4 night stay, and breakfast would only be available two mornings.. Breakfast would cost $22, and all that was offered was toast, yogurt and a couple of cereals, definitely not $22 worth. I understand them not having cleaners during the stays, but it's a bit hard when the only way to get a dry towel is to go to reception. Then, after a day out and feeling tired and sick, my partner and I waited for 2 hours between our showers as his was cold, so I thought waiting would be the way to go, I froze the entire shower but needed to shower so I had no choice. Then dinner time came and we were ignored for 20 minutes after just standing there, so we went back to our room, got the keys and went to Jamberoo Pub which I dare say supplied a much nicer meal. If I thought it would be possible I would have asked for a refund for the last 2 nights and left early, which is a shame as this was suppose to be a nice anniversary get away and I just feel miserable and let down over the service and accomodation.

So far Donna has been extremely helpful when choosing our wedding venue.

Great for families. You can get all you need onsite, but a drive into town is only 10 minutes. Best place to stay if going to Jamberoo Action Park or surrounding tourist attractions.

User

Absolutely loved this place. Great location. Beautiful resort. Very happy with the service.

The room is clean, surrounded by rainforest & the staff friendly. We appreciated that.....BUT.....the website shows a picture of Jamberoo Action Park & says 'Jamberoo Resort' as if they are together but the resort is 7 minutes drive from Jamberoo Action Park, & Jamberoo Action Park costs alot extra on top of the resort room fees. Not even a discount. So the website is misleading. Plus when we booked the room it specifically says 2 king single beds & a sofa bed. It has a photo of it. (We have proof!) We booked that room...no sofa bed??? We enquired at reception "those rooms do not have sofa beds" even though our booking says it says it does & the website showed a photo of it. Pretty lousy for a pricey room. Certainly will not stay here again. Very dissatisfied! Very disappointed!
