Jane provided professional customer service with compassion and support during a difficult time. It was the difference between being able to celebrate my father's life with dignity, respect and harmony of the heart to devastation and and anxiety. She oversaw the whole process and organised additional food for refreshments on our behalf due to so many attending the funeral.
