James Speer is a well respected Sydney-based Suzuki violin teacher. James began his musical studies at the age of 2 with his father, John Speer, a renowned violin teacher who studied for years in Japan with Dr. Suzuki himself. James attended St. Andrews Cathedral School on a music scholarship and has performed in many of Australia’s most prestigious venues and has toured internationally as a violinist. James even performed for the Queen of England in 2002. James has over 10 years experience as a violin teacher. He enjoys working with his students to help them discover their musical potential.
