Filling in application forms, finding a designer, draftsman, engineer, certifier for energy efficiency can be quite exhausting and time consuming.
We can make your task easier by providing most of the technical services you need, in our office. We will get the necessary application forms and help you fill them in, help you get the right quote for the job and answer builders technical questions during building works.
DESIGN & DRAFTING
You tell us what you’d like in your dream home and we’ll put your wishes on paper.
Whether you are building a new home, renovating or extending an existing property, we will put together a full set of working drawings for your building approval to the highest standards and for a very competitive price.
If you are extending or & renovating your existing home we can deliver the following services:
Site and home inspection to ensure that the proposed works are possible and safe.
Detailed instructions to the builder.
Structural design of structural elements (beams, slabs etc), connections old /new.
ENGINEER'S SERVICES
We provide structural designs , details and reports for local councils , liaise with certifying authorities until the development has been approved.
Our main engineer`s services for new home owners consist of:
Site inspection and site classification
Design of Foundations , Retaining walls, Pools, Suspended slabs, Driveways, Pergolas etc.
We also do Wind classification, Bracing & Te down fixing design.
BUILDING INSPECTIONS
Whether there is an ongoing problem and you want engineer`s opinion and advice or you just want to make sure that everything is OK or you already had building inspection and require engineers advice we can arrange building inspection usually within 1 week and give you written report.
RENOVATIONS & EXTENSIONS
If you are planning an extension or renovation, we can take care of your design needs and even provide solutions to design problems, constraints & governing guidelines. We will prepare a complete document set (including floor plan, foundation plan, roof plan, building section, wall section, elevations, window /door schedule and other important details where necessary) required.
