When they first opened in Pennant Hills they were very good, now they are just a so so café, nothing special.

Friendly service and great range of food and drinks on offer. Not sure what the other reviews are on about - each time I've come here, the food was quick and delicious and the service lovely.

Coffee good but service erratic. Since previous man and young lass have been overseas the place has gone downhill. Vegetarian breakfast was $16.90 but was extremely disappointing. Online menu indicates ricotta cheese but none on plate. Half a slice of tomato received and minute amount of avocado - not acceptable. Another patron ordered Aussie breakfast but received no bacon which was on the menu. Third patron paid $13.95 for one lamb shank in a soup bowl of sauce. Our 4th patron arrived late and ordered last but the first of our group to order received her meal last. Service terrible. Opening hours are not as indicated online with them often closed just after 5 and Wednesday evening before 7. Won't be going there again unless previous staff return. The two stars given was mainly for the coffee.

Great place for Sunday breakfast. All servers, baristas, even cooks are all friendly and provide excellent service. We have our "personal" menu item (slight changes that we have every week) and always prepared, serviced with a smile and enjoyed by us.

Found a cockroach in my salad and was still made to pay for the meal...

Also heard from a friend that she found a dead spider in her meal. When she told the waitress, she took the spider out of the meal and jokingly asked "what spider?"

Horrible.

Okay, so the first time I visit this place a couple months ago, they give me peri peri chicken instead of hickory sauced chicken. I sent it back to the kitchen even though the waitress insisted it was correct. No, I hate chilli. I hate peri peri. And I know what hickory sauce tastes like. Send. It. Back.

Tonight, we get home delivery and I order the same hickory sauced chicken. Guess what arrived?

Yep. Peri peri chicken.

Honestly, does the cook not know the difference between hickory sauce and peri peri sauce?!

And what were the odds, huh? So I got my husband to ring them and they sent another meal to us -- this time hickory sauce.

The food is really good when they get it right but I won't be ordering hickory chicken from there again. These things come in threes, you know...

I enjoy their bacon and egg rolls. They have cheap breakfast options and serve decent coffee. A nice place to grab a quick bite to eat.

Went there with my sister for brunch, bacon on egg with turkish and a capuchino (about $15). Food was okay and coffee fair. Service was friendly and attentive and the place was full. Is it the best place in Hornsby - No, however it is reasonable.
