Great service. They reminded me about my brake pads which i knew were ready for change.. they didnt try to upsell me stuff i didnt need like a lot of other places do.

Very happy with the help in getting my new tyres (which are great). Fitting was a breeze and all is great. But I was told about the Jax after sales service with free things etc and that I'll be emailed the details. A week later, nothing. So I went back in to see where my after sales details are. He said everything was entered in correctly except one thing. So he fixed it. 3 weeks down the track and still nothing. Why am I supposed to be chasing them up for what I paid $880 for all up? I also am yet to receive my $150 Star Card credit I was promised and registered for the same day. Yet here I am still needing to follow up with stuff I have been promised twice.

Amazing service, went to 5 different tyre suppliers and most wanted to sell the most expensive tyres. Staff at Jax were very friendly, full of advice and managed to order my tyres the next day. Keep up the great work. Would recommend to all.

Polite people, new big shop with full facilities, cheaper than other big name shops, organised and fast.

Brought my subby here after it needed some new Bridgestones and a basic wheel alignment after Subaru had 3 attempts and couldn't fix it (wondering if they even tried?). Got an awesome price on the tyres and wheel alignment and had them fitted within 2 days, while i was told by another store these tyres aren't in the country and its a 7-15 day wait. Customer service was awesome from the first phone call with Justin to leaving the store and the workshop is super clean and you can see everything they're doing on your car.

These guys will now be my go to for wheels, tyres and alignment.

Danny, Justin and all the staff are extremely helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. Their service is second to none, and have great pricing. I refuse to take my car anywhere else!!

Great service. Highly recommended. Much better than the tyre service in Baulkham Hills. Professional service with a smile from a company that is not trying to rip you off. If you are a female and hate getting ripped off try jax. My girlfriend got a puncture repair cheaper than me. They are definitely not about taking advantage unlike the unnamed tyre service in Baulkham Hills.
