Very impressed with how willing they were to help me repair a punctured tyre, even late in the afternoon. Turned up 5 minutes after my phone call and was driving away 20 minutes later. Quick, friendly and very impressive. They even tyre-blacked all my tyres, not just the one they worked up. Will happily return in the future.

Since taking my car here for a service it's run worst than before. Belt squeals, something sounds grinding and a brake light was out. There's far too many choices in car servicing to return somewhere that fails to do the job right the first time.

First time I've actually been shocked at just how great an auto centre's customer service is. They did more for me than I asked (free of charge). I'm definitely going to them for all future car stuff. Really happy. They've made a loyal customer out of me which is something I usually avoid being!

I had been a customer of Jax tires for 2 years for all minor and major services as well as new tires. I had my last service at Jax in November 2016 where I was charge for the regular service rate plus oil and filter, and told I needed a new thermostat. I have a 2000 Mitsubishi van which I look after very well and was surprised that I had not noticed any kind of over heating, although I had told the serviceman on a particular hot day my car had a strong engine smell.
I was suspicious and my needs for driving the van are irregular so I put off having the work done. I monitored the thermostat over a range of short trips and when I was quite certain I was given crusty information I got a second opinion from another mechanic. Not only did I not need a new thermostat but today after having my car serviced from my new mechanic, 1,785kms from my last one, I asked how my oil looked he said it was thick and black.. I drive around town only and my engine is fit. Thanks Jax for not only falsifying that I needed the thermostat but not doing the work you charged me for..

I had 4 new tyres installed today. There was a slight mix up in size when i returned to collect my car. This was not a problem at all! Ryan the manager was more than helpful, sourcing the correct size and driving me home until my car was ready despite them being incredibly busy and experiencing technical issues. Well done jax newcastle!

I went in to get my wheel nuts loosened; they put air in the tyres and applied wheel shine then didn't charge me anything.
