Jaybelle Care is an NDIS registered provider, providing youth mentoring, support workers and support coordination to people with a disability. Jaybelle Care works holistically with a person-centred approach. Meaning, participants are the driving force in how we achieve goals together. It is not just about day to day care, but instead the whole picture of what helps empower participants towards independence, choice making and achieving their goals. Relationships between support workers and participants are the most important factor, ensuring participants feel safe, confident and capable to make choices and express themselves.
