Good customer service nice store

Frequently use this JayCar store at tuggerah , all staff are helpful and I usually walk out of there happy with shyte that i didnt go in for as its Sooooo interesting But Aaron is great , he probably knows im a bit of a deadhead when it comes to tech stuff but he always politely shows me in detail and explains in basic terms what an item im buying is best used for without all the tech B/S ......... wonderful help Thank-You to all.

Fantastic customer service here. Went in with my daughter for a school project and they could not have been more helpful. Aaron went out of his way to explain everything and show us what we we needed and the different options. Well done Jaycar Tuggerah!

Great store.

The staff here know their products and are always happy to assist. Even if you're not sure what you need, they will be able to help you.

This is my goto play when I need something electrical and the combined experience of all the staff means you'll get the answer you need. They carry a vast assortment of products and if it's something they don't carry in their product range they are extremely helpful in pointing you in the right direction

The ancient guy who works there who I assume is the boss, was seemingly a very nice fellow but either lied or didn't know jack about what I was asking. I'm quite a novice when it comes to things electronic, however the internet is a very powerful tool. So I checked if what I wanted to do was possible online before I went to Jaycar to see if they had the bits I needed. The old guy flat out told me what I was trying to do was impossible so NO SALE. I got back home and delved further into what I wanted and yep, ordered what i wanted online (WHICH THEY HAD AT THE STORE) and I got the job done.

The few times I've gone in there I've been lumped with unlearned employees, but I can see other customers talking with good ones.

my advice.. If you are going to Jaycar Penrith, observe who are the better employees before asking for their assistance.

Also, they are overpriced in comparison to the internet.

The staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful and genuinely want to help you find what you need.

Such a good customer experience from the gents at jaycar. Manager Jason was super helpful, explaining if the product didn't work then what condition it needed to be in for a refund within 7 days. When i returned several hours later to buy more of the item he was on point, remembered me and my purchase. Well done!

Really tight parking better of on the street. Lots of electronics and not enough salespersons. Had to leave as they were too busy.

This is a good store, has most stock in hand.

Good selection of parts, tools and kits. Staff are generally friendly and knowledgeable. It's so rare these days to find shops where the staff are able to give advice and recommendations on the virtues of one transistor model over another. I get a lot of my small components, jiffy boxes, solder and tools from here or their CBD branch.

Not a huge range but definitely have electrical components that no one else does. Was able to get the electrical parts required for my latest project. The man that served me knew his stuff and helped me find the correct part, told me the best way to install it. He did spend a good 20 minutes with me for a small not expensive part so I felt good that he put in the effort to make me happy. I have been back there many times since.

Customer service was very slack will not be purchasing from there again.

They're everywhere. Great for the enthusiast, and also for specialised equipment. Great staff as well.

Great place for getting what you need and the answers you require. While the staff may not know EVERYTHING about electronics, you've got a much better chance at a decent response than almost any retailer. Paul the Store Manager does a great job!

I laughed when I saw this review The female STUFF on SATERDAY WAS grumpy and impolite? Looks like someone needs to learn how to spell and use correct grammar, before criticising others.

Terrible, terrible experience. The assistant manager 'Rob' was less than enthusiastic; it appeared that he either did not want to serve me or could not be bothered working there today (groaning, sighing etc). First and last time I will ever shop at this Jaycar.

Has a great range. Best to park around the corner as it can get cramped.

Helpful staff, always have everything I need in stock, great little store... but the (limited) parking situation can be completely messed up by just one car stopping in the wrong spot.

Very friendly staff and helped heaps on lots of projects, but is not a place that is very aesthetically nice.

Really helpful staff who know their stuff and are happy to work out any special stuff you may need. Recommended.

Not the cheapest, but the service and quality are worth the tiny extra.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who really dig electronics. If there's something you can't find, even if you don't know what it's called, these guys can and will find it for you, then sell it at a competitive price.

Really happy with the help I was given, it was 4:30 on Sunday arvo and staff went out of their way to help me.

Great knowledgeable staff, have always carried the components I need.

There was not an aissue that was not solved in less than 1 minute, whther they knew about it already, or had to research it...one way or another, they found an asnwer. If they didn't have what I was looking for, they didn't beat around the bush with an answer, they let me know it was something either they didn't stock or flat out just didn't have.

Range is okay. Some of the staff are better than others. Everything is significant cheaper online.

Nice place to get off the beaten path electronics or parts.

I went there with an issue to solve and John helped me thru the whole thing with patience knowledge and professionality, it was great. He solved the pazzle. I went back there after few days and I spoke to the branch manager Stuart which was absolutely amazing too. The staff are so kind and helpful, I would definitely recommend this place. Great experience!

Helpful friendly staff. They know where everything is so you can get in and out quickly . Efficiently tested and replaced a faulty CB whilst there with no issues.

Super helpful and creative with solutions. Customer service was great the two men helped me a lot with a charger for my laptop. Very happy would highly recommend. Great price too!
