Nathan was obviously having a bad day when I had rang to ask for both advice and if they had a certain product. I got a blunt, "are you stupid?" Two minute conversation out of him before he ended it by hanging up on me. I rang back to get the answer I needed but definitely won't be going there to get the product. Cheers Nathan

The staff here is exceptional. Came in with a broken Super Nintendo power point. Adrian took his time and expertise and made sure I left out as a happy customer! Being an American, I can conclude this store has EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills!

never BUT never open on time, useless!!! Chronically late to open shop, I can't understand how they can let this happen it is not an one off it has been happening for years. I just got fed up. It is disrespectful to your customers.

Very knowledgeable sales people and clean store plenty of new items got every thing I needed great to see a store that had heaps of stock and a happy young sales girl she made me leave with a smile and gave me everything I needed I've been shopping there for years use to be a dump and crap everywhere that made me go else where who ever is the new owner has made the store golden it's has great female staff and it was clean, bright and lots of new items it was great to touch and feel the items before I brought them I will be for sure coming back in future. But you need more parking it's still very tight

Store is tiny but there is a lot of variety and staff is very helpful answering your questions.
