Jayco Canberra

Very poor service from service team.

Currently travelling around Australia and have had awesome experience and service from all jayco retailers, real shame for Jayco Australia that Canberra Jayco couldn't live up to the rest of the country.

Management have no skills or desire to help and assist with any problems.

Good staff and advice.

Staff are really painful to deal with, especially with any warranty problems. Second hand vehicles are over priced.

Great place to buy a caravan.

You have an invalid website that does not function on tablets. We went to another jayco because your site s hows me the back end, not the viewing end. Check it out

Recently brought a new caravan from Jayco Canberra and was impressed with the price, quality and level of service offered by John and His team - I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great Business!!!

Bought a brand new Jayco Eagle from Jayco Canberra (Queanbeyan).

Arrived at the dealership on a Friday to pick it up and go through our assembly demonstration. We were also booked in to go the coast for the week with children in tow.

Discovered upon arrival we needed a 12 pin flat plug to tow the van which was never brought up before by the sales rep. Spent the next two hours trying to find someone to change over from our 8 pin so we could leave for our holiday.

Finally arrived at the coast a few hours later than anticipated and erected the van only to find we could not put up our awning up as they had not attached the brackets to the van for the awning to attach to.

Spent a week without sun shade.

Inside the van there were metal shavings everywhere, we assumed had come from the work shop.. We had to borrow a vacuum to remove them. There were drawers that would not latch properly.

Found a number of additional faults with the van that should have been picked up during the pre-sale inspection. One of the stabiliser legs was missing a bolt and hanging dangerously close to the ground. We had to cable tie it before we drove again.

Trying getting the faults fixed, the after sales service was atrocious.

They are eager for a sale and will be happy to hand over a van without proper inspection which, at worse could pose a major safety issue to the buyer.

Once a purchase is made, these guys will drop you like a hot potato!

Disappointed to say the least with no apparent pride in the product delivered.
