Jayco Newcastle made buying our camper easy. The staff are helpful and friendly they were responsive to our questions. I would recommend Jayco Newcastle to anyone interested in buying a camper or caravan.

Michael from the sales team was excellent at his job. He listened and directed me to the right choice which exceeded my expectations. A great price was arranged and all my requests for new tires and starter pack etc were met.
Wendy's handover was great She had all my queries covered and was extremely efficient and pleasant.

Jayco Newcastle went above and beyond my expectations when we purchased our new outback from them. We received the unfortunate news that our van after waiting for 10 weeks was badly damaged on the truck coming to Newcastle from Victoria.
From reception, to sales, admin, and managements they all couldn't have tried harder to resolve this issue with a speedy replacement and we took that opportunity to upgrade to another model. At handover they were thorough and ensured that we understood everything regarding the van inside and out. And since purchasing the have continued communication with us to ensure everything was alright.
I have no hesitation to recommend my family and friends to Jayco Newcastle as I had a great experience with my purchase..

We recently purchased a Jayco StarCraft from the Jayco Newcastle Dealership and would like everyone to know about the wonderful care and attention to detail that we received. Firstly we wish to thank Adam and John in the Sales Department for keeping us informed along every step of the way, then we must compliment the team who detailed our caravan and had it perfectly prepared for our delightful Wendy to explain every function so clearly and comprehensively (a very special lady, thank you,Wendy!) and lastly the Service department where the friendly face of Joanne will greet us when we return for the on going maintenance that is always provided. 5Stars!!!definitely!! Very happy, we purchased a 2nd-hand caravan and the attention to detail was amazing....we did not expect this. When we picked it up we were amazed at repairs that had been carried out at no extra cost to us. Thanks to the Service Team, and a huge thanks to John Knoll, a lovely down-to-earth bloke.

3 Vans and not one thought of going anywhere else for my next. Over the past 5-10 years this business has boomed and the growth has been managed perfectly. As a customer we enjoy discounts in the parts shop, We enjoy an appreciation dinner once a year with great food, people and entertainment. We are treated to weekends away at local caravan parks where we constantly meet new friends and run into old ones.
Hats of to Damian and his ever growing team and a special shout out to the beautiful Rachel who is never not smiling and going out of her way to help you with what ever you need.

Our experience with buying a new van from Jayco Newcastle has been nothing short of excellent.
Sure..we had some initial problems..just like we hear from everyone we speak to..about all brands and all outlets.
However the difference is here...that things got fixed...and although our van is 4 years old now..we don't have a worry in the world since they did.
Aftercare is excellent..and that's a very important issue.
Now we feel very comfortable to belong to the Jayco.Damian..and Rachael family.
And that's exactly how they make you feel.
I don't know that we will be buying a new van in the near future..but there is only one place we would go..
Caravanning gives us all a new lease on life..we love it..with a clear mind that everything is OK
