Jb Hi-Fi Leichhardt

Smaller JB store. On the day I was there they weren't real busy but they were understaffed. As a result it took some time to get served. Got what I wanted, at a good price

I returned to JB Hi FI after my headphones had stopped working.
Having spoken to representatives at the strand store over the phone where i originally purchased the headphones, i was under the impression that seeking my warranty would be a difficult and prolonged process - the headphones being on the time from of being right on the edge of what would be considered warrantable (if not a little over based on what i spent originally). Having said that, the manager at Leichhardt, Paige helped me so tremendously with little to no effort required on my part. I simply explained the scenario, and she made a sincere effort to help. I left with a new set of headphones, an extra coverage of insurance, and a smile on my face. Thankyou Paige. 10/10 over and above service.

Friendly staff who are keen to negotiate. The store is also way larger than it's tired and shabby shop front implies, hiding a large deep and modern store in line with other JB HiFis. This store doesn't stock Bose or Bang & Olusfen though which is a shame

As a frequent customer I know that you have to ask for service, not just stand around. Service is efficient and friendly

Goods are not well organised, staff are the usual, not very helpful in selling electronics but can probably give you advice on tattoos and how to make a fat hole in your ear.

Best bet is just to look up what you want online and walk in to buy and walk away.

Great prices, small format store No whitegoods, no TV's & electronics. Only Gaming, Phones, CDs, DVDs and PCs

Not as much stock as larger stores in neighbouring suburbs but pretty good for the main stuff.

This store is quite good not excellent but ok. It has a good range of products with a very good cd music range. Staff are reasonably friendy and try to provide good service. But like most chain stores they have cut back on staff so its hard to get assistance when needed.

A big thanks to Joe, who gave outstanding customer service and helped us get exactly what we wanted for our laptops, all with a smile and the most accomodating attitude! We'll definitely be back for any our of electrical needs!

Wow. Yesterday I received the most outstanding customer service from Vanil. Needed to process a warranty claim on a laptop and he took care of everyone, including running a factory reset on the machine to ensure my data wasn't at risk. All done with a smile and a 'nothings too difficult' attitude. People like Vanil are what makes JB great.
