Nice, easy and straightforward service, not too busy as some other stores. They tend to have competitive prices, and plenty of staff moving around so you'll be served and helped in no time. More bags being checked upon leaving the store than most other JB Hi-Fi's I've been to.

I like JB Hi-fi but this store being a legacy one needs to fully renovated extensively asap

Good variety, specials good. Always busy. Hard to get one on one service

Poor customer service especially coming from the Manager. Requested a refund from an order that I placed but the manager simply turned his back. To add on to the poor service, staff were not friendly on the phone when I asked about what was happening to the order that I placed, (i waited for a month and a bit but yet the order still didn't arrive). To conclude, poor customer service from both manager and staff. Would not recommend this specific JBHIFI to a friend or anyone else for that matter.
