Jb Hi-Fi Rouse Hill

I went to the store to look at a laptop for my mother, i chose the laptop and was kindly offered a "deal" on anti-virus software. I told the salesperson Rick that i didn't want it and that i would find my own. He then condescendingly warned me that i needed his anti-virus. I told him no again that i didn't want it and he sighed and continued with the sale. He set aside the laptop so my mother could come through and purchase it. I'd reminded her that i didn't want the software. In the morning when i was able to see what was purchased she said to me that the salesman convinced her to get the anti-virus. Now i don't know if it is a part of JB HI FI's business model to extort their customers who are not as familiar with computers or it was the salesman who greedily wanted commission on a $50 product on top of a $1600 laptop which lead to this event but i can assure you it won't happen again. From now on it will be Online shopping or Harvey Norman for me.

Attended 1 dec. served by Crystal in a very very friendly , professional , courteous manner. Fast and efficient. Crystal also showed exceptional product knowledge in assisting me in choosing a touch screen laptop, and provided an exceptional price that I accepted willingly. At the cashier was again served quickly by very friendly staff who to my surprise offered a new service of also providing a digital receipt by text message enabling me to re print in PDF. What a great idea. No more lost receipts.
This was a great shopping experience. Good on you JB Hi Fi.

Fast, friendly , efficient and professional. It was welcome change from the norm of today with many in the service industry.
i purchased a few products and got a great deal from Rick without the usual nonsense haggling. A good price up front.
Store was really busy on a Saturday

Don't think the boys have any clue what they are selling .
Went to the store for a mavic pro ND filter .First had to explain to the sales guy what that is and how it looks like.Then he had a look on their computer and was told that they have 3 in stock . But unfortunately they were unable to locate it or give me a call back as promised.
After wasting 1/2 hour in the store left disappointed.

Have been waiting 5 weeks for a replacement power supply for a Dell lap top. It should be a straight forward warranty replacement.

Friendly staff, everyone is polite, calm and super approachable.
I had a little issue with my product, they went out of their way to make sure I was an happy customer and everything was solved. Great job to the manager and the lovely lady that served me.

Friendly staff, prompt service and great product range. I bought a pair of Sennheiser headphones. They're great, except the left headphone has no volume at all. I have to return this faulty product for a replacement.

Service is sometimes slow and it's hard to find someone to ask for help, but there products are cheaper and more reliable than other stores.

Best place to find anything to do with technology or video games

Good luck trying to get any service . Waited around for 20 mins . No offer to help. Staff a scarcity. Lost my sale
