Amazingly helpful staff and good discounts on most products. Good vibe and they have most tech products.

Rude. Waited 10 minutes to be helped while wanting to purchase a phone. Provided no helpful info. Just bought the phone and left not in a happy mood.

Generally great staff. Returns have never been a problem. Sometimes hard to find anyone to help hence only four stars, but MUCH better than places like blacktown

Customer service is bad - Staff ignore us

I was trying to get a sense of how heavy the laptops are, and was told 'not to move anything'. Lol it was not like I tried to break anything ok just relax :o Also when you asked for a deal, they are quite unwilling to negotiate unlike other JB stores :(

Time and again, the worst customer service I've experienced at a JB store. You'll wait around for up to half an hour without any of the staff offering assistance. They don't seem to discount as much as other JB stores either when you 'ask for a deal'. Give this store a miss.
