Welcome to Jeff Speakman’s Kenpo 5. 0 Sydney.
Kenpo 5. 0 is a unique martial art encompassing both stand-up and ground self-defence techniques. The syllabus is kept dynamic and practical due to the evolving nature of the art to ensure skills are developed to defend from an array of styles and conditions. Classes are taught by certified Head Instructor and Australian representative David Giovenco, a 5th degree Black Belt who trained under Master Jeff Speakman, and his team of skilled Instructors. Classes are available for kids, teenagers and adults. We welcome anyone to come and train with us!
