What does Jepska mean?
Jepska was started by Steen and Ludmila Andersen in 1972. Steen was one of five boys and by taking the first initial from the eldest to the youngest - Jorgen, Erik, Paul, Steen, Kjeld and their surname Andersen, JEPSKA was born!

How is Honeybread different from Gingerbread?
Our Honeybread is made from a tweaked ?Honeykage? recipe passed down from George Andersen, their father. Using only Australian Honey and spices, we have created a honeybread that stands out from the crowd. It is not like Gingerbread in that it doesn't have the ginger after taste that follows.
