Jessie Maz is an upcoming Melbourne singer with a soulful warm sound. She is a passionate and talented vocalist who specializes in the genres of Ballad, RnB, pop and reggae.

Jessie Maz has always had a natural talent for singing with most of her influences gravitating toward the sounds of Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Alicia Keys, Michael Jackson and Lauryn Hill. However, Jessie Maz didn’t quite break out as a performer until late 2015 when she began gigging at various venues such as Sub-Urban Burger, Double Apple Shisha in Hampton park and The Kik-Bak Shisha lounge to name a few. It was at this point her talent and potential was being noticed by many, which further encouraged her to work harder towards her aspirations to become one of Melbourne’s recognised female artists.

The first half of 2016 was quite a success for Jessie Maz. Getting her name out through her performances at Caribbean Gardens has granted her arguably the most significant turning point in her short musical journey as she's now part of the huge ASV family. Since then she has earned some top gigs with ASV Academy at some of Melbourne's prestigious live music venues such as Stamford Hotel and Village green where she debuted in her first ever ASV concert.

Throughout the latter half of 2016 Jessie Maz continued her hard work as she further developed her unique soulful sound and gained more exposure through more local gigs.

To date, 2017 has been a strong positive start. In January a problematic nasal issue that had been hindering Jessie Maz's live and studio performances was finally corrected through a septoplasty surgery enabling her to breathe through her nose. Since then she has delivered electrifying performances both at the Berwick botanical gardens and the Village green whilst having Solidified fortnightly spots at Suburban Burger.

2017 will be a telling year as Jessie Maz looks to expand her fanbase as she looks forward to releasing her originals to really put her mark on the music industry.
