With a passion for health and fitness and over 10 years personal training experience, I have now turned my love of getting massages into giving massages : )
Jess'S Fitness And Massage Description
My goal as a personal trainer is to push my clients to their limit, helping them achieve their goals. I am a firm believer that making fitness goals as opposed to just aesthetic goals are the way to go. . . Most people are going to hit their fitness goals (Eg. 3 unassisted chin ups) before they are going to be happy with their butt size.
My goal as a massage therapist is to:
- Aid recovery after training sessions
- Help manage and prevent injuries
- Encourage the body to relax
