Get aero and get more Forward Motion. Some bikes offer more flexibility in their fit window than others. The same is true for bodies. The difference is that a bike window will always stay the same while a body can change quite a lot. One of our goals is helping to improve the fit window of the body and as we do the position and technique changes to suit the matrix of power, comfort and aerodynamics. I have to say i love this store for the good gear and super friendly staff! I keep coming back because the service is great!

Walked in ready to purchase a bike, no one attended to us after Being in there for 30 minutes. Staff was just standing and chatting with their coffee.

Pleasure dealing with Jet Cycles, one of the most professional bike stores in the City. These guys can offer everything from the basics to high-end/athlete specific advice, including where to start and how to improve your cycling (as was my experience).

I bought a bike light here - Lezyne Macro Drive front light. About a year later, I lost the plastic end cap that covers the charging port and seals the end of the light to keep it waterproof.

The part was not listed by Lezyne (the light is no longer a current model), but when I contacted Jet Cycles, they managed to track one down and gave it to me for free! Nice.

I've had them do a few small repairs for me too - change tires etc. and while not the cheapest (what do you expect in the city) they've done it while I wait which is hugely convenient. Adjusted the headset tightness while they were at it too, which again was great.

Really awesome staff here who can give honest advice and particularly had two great experiences.
1) I was going to buy the Bontrager 350 lumens light with ANT+ and didn't know there was a cheaper version without the ANT+. Was recommended the cheaper version when I said I was new to biking and asked for advice. It was a great buy.
2) Months later, I crashed my bike lights to the point it wasn't fit for warranty. The staff named Mike was friendly enough to give me the same bike light model with ANT+ for the price of the bike light without the ANT+. Although I didn't need the ANT+, this was really sweet.

Used their services 3 times now to take care of my bike and I'm satisfied. They know what they do, they give good advise, they're flexible and work fast. Their prices seem reasonable to me though I'm not an expert.

Took my bike in for servicing and was happy on all fronts. Great service and job done with 100% satisfaction. First time customer and I will definitely be back!

Amazing service, awesome selection of specialized and cannondale bikes. Everyone at Jet is ridiculously helpful and knowledgeable. From my SWorks Campy setup to my wife's mid-range needs, the care was consistent.

Fantastic service and amazing range of bikes and all products you would need to start peddling around the town. Service was excellent - they took the time to explain everything done in terms of repairs and offer any other advice required.

Won't be returning, with so many other choices of bike stores including specialised stores available in Sydney, do your self a favour and choose another store.
Recently visited the store to pick up some basics for my current bike. The store have a no return policy. Even wiggle and online traders allow you to return items that do not suit.
I am now stuck with a store credit at a bike shop over an hour from my home. Buying anything of any great value from here should be done at your own risk.
