Jetblack Espresso

Very happy with my espresso machine purchase from these guys. They were happy to answer all my questions and spend quite a bit of time demo-ing the equipment. Love shopping here when I get time.

I purchased my Lelit Mara from Jet Black in March 2017. After a straightforward sale the machine arrived 2 days later and to date has been producing great coffees. When I purchased a snug fit tamper I received a call from the team recommending an alternative size which thankfully has turned out to be a perfect fit.

Went to jetblack espresso a couple of years ago when they were based in military road. Was happy with the service so decided to use them again, even though they moved out to frenches forest. It was a fair hike and never expected we would have to take our coffee machine back to address their errors three times. Over 4 hours of travel time and numerous calls and discussions the problem was finally resolved. It was supposed to be a straightforward yearly service and had no problems with machine but because they used a cheaper seal on the group head it leaked. I was then told the way I made coffee had to change, then told maybe my group head handle was Broken and needed to be replaced. Finally they put in a quality seal and it works fine but it's extremely poor form to tell a customer they are at fault with two different reasons. No reason to go back there, the location is far too difficult to get to and I don't trust anyone that charges the same for a cheaper product then tries to shift the blame to the customer

Absolutely first class service all the way. I wanted a heavily modified machine and they delivered beyond all expectations, thoroughly testing the machine to make sure everything was perfect before shipping. Excellent communication throughout the process and delivered an impeccable product; as only passionate coffee perfectionists could. They stock or can deliver any product at equal or better price to anyone else, with unbeatable service and advice. I cannot recommend Charlie and the team highly enough.

My husband bought me a coffee course for my birthday, because I've always wanted to learn. It was so much better than I could have hoped for! Comprehensive, fun and very hands on. Deb was my teacher and she was excellent. Was just expecting to learn the basics, but I went home feeling like a pro. I was so excited that I decided to buy a machine, also as a way to save money because as a coffee addict I am a frequent visitor to our local cafe (I think I'm the one keeping them in business lol). I bought the Profitec Pro 500 and I am in love. Could not recommend this place highly enough!

Charlie was more than happy to take the time out to discuss numerous options for my home coffee machine and grinder setup, that suited my personal circumstance. I ended going with his recommendation and could not be happier. This is the second machine (along with some accessories) I have purchased from Jetblack Espresso and could not be happier. A loyal customer of Jetblack espresso for years. Just wanted to say thank you for the great 2yr service on my Giotto machine. The machine was ready in a week to collect and now making my flat whites and lattes better than the local coffee shop.
