I am a Naturopath in Sydney and I believe we need to go back to basics in managing our health. Simple nutrition and lifestyle changes can help put our bodies in a position whereby they can heal themselves. I have a strong interest in natural approaches to fertility and pregnancy care and am passionate about helping couples in achieving conception and producing a healthy, happy baby.
