We ordered a cake for our little girl turning 4. We specifically asked for a strawberry smiley cake and pink. They suggested many ideas on the phone so we called back on Thursday but no one answered so we left a voicemail. The next day we called to check but we were told they didn't know how to access the voicemail and they didn't get the order. Regardless, the cake was ordered because they said that they could do it as we would had to pick it up on the same day due to public holiday the next day. They told us that they had ideas. When we went to pick it up, we asked whether the pink was inside and they said it must be. It was our girl's first day with friends and I had to redecorate the cake on the day of her birthday. The strawberries were all dried up and it was a disappointing cake that was worth $70. I'm happy to provide before and after pictures.
