As festivities continue during Negroni Week at Merivale, join us on Wednesday June 6th for an intimate music night with smooth jazz tunes via our live pianist.
You’ll be able to enjoy our whisky, burnt coffee and vanilla vermouth twist Negroni – the Caffe Casoni – and have a crack at guessing the secret recipe of our Negroni No.5. Guess the secret ingredients that make this cocktail and you’ll have the chance to win a Negroni Degustation experience at uccello. For the purists..., classic Campari and vermouth Negronis will of course be available.

Amazing whiskey menu... That said, Worst service I’ve seen in Sydney in a long while, especially for table service. After arriving our server said hello and said she’d be right over. After waiting for 15 mins for our overwhelmed server to come over to take our order, she got a co-worker to serve us. The co-worker proceed to apologise for the wait and said she would be back with our drinks in 5 mins. After ordering 3 of the same whiskeys off the menu we proceeded to wait another 20 mins before deciding to leave. The server proceed to help other tables but never came back. On our way out I said something about our order and she said she forgot and if we would wait 5 mins she would come back with them. Whole experience was about 45 mins from seating. Absolutely ridiculous for a top notch whiskey bar to have issues like that. Mistakes at busy venues happen but for the same mistake and lack of service to happen twice is terrible.
