About Joana De Cusa Foundation
The Foundation of Joana de Cusa Inc was established in Sydney in 2001 to assist people with material needs through donation and charity campaigns.
Joana De Cusa Foundation Description
The Franciscans Spiritist House aims to assist with spiritual and moral charity, embracing all with love, without distinction of race, creed, color or culture, because we are all children of the same 'Father', the same Creator.
Since it's inception, our house has been offering the study of the principles of the Spiritist Doctrine through group reading discussions, debates, lectures and courses. We also promote charitable events like monthly lunches, movie sessions, picnics and more.
The Foundation Joana de Cusa is maintained by the donations of people that are sensible to the cause of disseminating the Spiritist Doctrine as well as to help those less fortunate, consequently contributing towards a better world. We must say that it is through persistence and hard work that we maintain the door of this home of love open, as the obstacles are many. Our lunches and other events which depends on the work of volunteers and the donations of special people, hasn't on many occasions raised enough to cover even a small portion of the monthly fixed expenses such as rent, electricity bills, insurance and daily supplies.

Segue a programação das atividades da Fundação Joana de Cusa: Oferecemos palestras publicas de segunda à quarta-feira, com palestra e reflexões sobre temas da Doutrina Espirita, finalizando com o passe. Na segundas e nas quartas, a reunião publica é em português, e nas terças, a língua preferencial é o ingles. A partir das 7 da noite. O endereço é 7th The Strand, perto da estação de trem de Rockdale. Esperamos por você.
... Reflexions according to Spiritism Every Tuesday we hold a small public meeting to ponder about topics brought to us by Kardec, in what we call Spiritism. From 7 pm till 830pm. It is free and everyone is invited to join. On Mondays and Wednesdays, we also hold a meeting, but the preferred language is Portuguese. Peace!

Winter gives us the impression it doesn't end, does it? That shred of anguish that seems to be around us or probing those we love. But when we least expect the heat back slowly but solid, bringing hope to our hearts.
We will repeat the lecture with the theme " sadness.. Problem of the century?" on Thursday 12/07.
