He has a particular focus and passion for leadership, training and development, franchise development and commercial partnerships.

John is also a coach and facilitator in leadership training and development with The John Maxwell Company and global leadership guru, John C Maxwell. John also has extensive experience in sales training and peak performance.

At the core of his passion is a drive and commitment towards the development of holistic advice within the financial services. John is a strong advocate for the allied services to be working more closely in order to provide the client with the desired customer experience, advice and tools they require.
