Affordable handyman services available for the Central Coast Region of New South Wales. Cost from $25 /hour or $200 /day, depending on the job.

Price per day includes smaller to medium size jobs. Larger scale jobs will be quoted to protect both parties with a fixed cost.

John can do a range of work including;
-labouring
-pool maintenance and repair (I was a chlorine technician for 30 yrs)
-general gardening (cut grass, hedging, pruning, cut back trees, top dress, fertilise etc)
-Fencing (picket fences or post and rail)
-Building gates, hanging gates or gate repair
-Small pergola construction
-Erect balustrades (timber handrails etc)
-minor construction
-rubbish removal
-Pressure washing driveways, houses etc
-Clean and oil old decks or seal driveways (paving or stamping)
-chainsaw work
-lay turf / top dress / fertilise lawns etc
-Pole prune tall trees (I have a 5 metre pole pruner)
-painting
-hanging frames
-flat pack assembly
-fix leaks
-dig trenches
-pour concrete slabs
-Erect garden sheds
-Build retaining walls, garden beds
-Hang garden sails
-Light plumbing work (fix guttering, run down pipes etc, fix leaking taps).
-Light mechanical work (Clean carbies, maintain quads, bikes etc)
