The worst experience ever, bought a "brand new bed and maitress" and when i got them delivered... the bed slats were mouldy and broken. Apparently they cant check every product before is sent to the customers...
Had to wait 3wks for a refund and dont try to get in touch with Melbourne office where management works , apparently they dont have a phone number.... Disaster!
