JT Bounce Back fitness is primarily about improvement of ones self at any age.
I specialize in training ladies who are in post pregnancy and the over 50, s. Of course, all people are welcome from young kids who may want to excel in their chosen sport to older adults and everyone in between.
I am a mobile business, so we can train at your house (if applicable) , a near-by park or local gym. Its up to you depending upon your circumstances and what you feel comfortable with.
I am a qualified certificate III (Gym Instructor) and certificate IV TAFE trained personal and group trainer and can help you achieve your goals at any level.
