JTS Realty opened for business on the 9th of November 2004. It is currently run by brother & sister team, Jay & Tiffany.

Tiffany McTaggart, formally Shepherdson, moved to muswellbrook in 1996 and has made the friendly town her home along with her husband Jonathon, a partner in Sub Zero group of companies, and three very busy children. Tiffany is active in Sales in the Muswellbrook and Aberdeen Area.

Jay shepherdson, who is the licensee of the business, is active in Rural & Residential Sales in the Muswellbrook, Aberdeen, Denman, and Merriwa Areas. Jay, his wife Lyn & two children are well known in the Denman area and are actively invovled in sport in the town.

JTS Realty very quickly established itself as a leader in Residential & Small Rural Sales.
