Jucy Car Rental

False advertisement. Worst customer service ever. They sold me pick up - drop off Cairns Airport and they don't even have a shop there. They over charged me $249 for their mistake. Please do yourself a favour Do Not Hire Jucy. Scam! You've been told.

Fined $60 by Jucy just for forwarding a offence notice. An "administration fee" they call it. I earn $40 an hour! Gouging at it's worst! No notice, no way to avoid this charge. Now I have the $60 fine on top of the traffic offence fine. These rental are only cheap until you tally up all the extras.

I recently drove from Brisbane to Sydney and don't have a single complaint. Our particular van was a little aged but it was still clean and well designed. Thanks Jucy!

Had to wait nearly 1 hr for the shuttle service to pick us up at Sydney airport when we were told the shuttle would be here in 20mins. Driver said there was bad traffic however when we checked google maps for where she was coming from, the traffic was smooth and no delays. It would have been faster if we walked.

Will not book with Jucy again and would not recommend.

Good price but the camper was a bit worse for wear. The seat belt on the passenger side was not OK for a road worthy but was told it was OK by the rental staff. And what's with the roll over clause in the insurance...?

Rented a campervan. Simple & cheap. Staff are very friendly. Van had some minor issues (lose mirror that shift everytime you slam door, brake & belt sound) but nothing serious. That being said it was the oldest & cheapest model available so can't really blame them. Overall really enjoyed the roadtrip!

Thank you Jucy for a great 10 days! Booking to returning was a smooth experience and the car (an el cheapo) was a great value. Will rent again!

Great facility but make sure you check your vehicle thoroughly before hiring. We had a dodgy light which meant night time driving was impossible. We were advised to take it to a garage to have fixed but this would've impacted severely on our timetable. The garage said the vehicle was not roadworthy with the light in that condition. Juicy gave us a minimal refund which was helpful but didn't really cover the inconvenience

Average at a push. Reasonably priced camper, if everything worked. However the main sliding door didn't open from the inside making it rather hard to get out of the sleeping area. The fridge stank like a small animal had been rotting away in there. The fuel cap flap didn't open making it a little hard to refuel and worst of all the drivers seat belt didn't work, which apparently was just due to the age of the vehicle and it was normal....

Good place to rent a car for a day trip, reliable, consistent prices and available to rent from 18yo
rented there twice, had no problem (except a not functioning USB connection in the Fiat punto)
would defenitely recomend

Sorted us out when middle man failed us. Got us a good price and were sympathetic of our situation :)

Value for money is okay, staff friendly. Minor issues with car (key battery dead, interior pieces broken, no cruise control, 190k+, full of scratches )
Access fee way to high and above the value of the car

I booked a care for 3 days at Melbourne airport. The girl at the reception was rude rude rude. Hope someone takes her down and she learns her lesson. I got a car which had about 86,000 km and it was obvious the care was a re-birthed wreck. Dirty seats and gas guzzler just made it even worst. NO MORE JUCY CARS for me.
