Jugiong Showground

Lovely camp ground but quite a lot of highway noise....great for dogs, no facilities.

Good showers. Weird setup typical of an adhoc developed showground. Surface was good

Very nice simple camping site in a nice and quiet little village.
Possibilty of taking a shower when the swimming pool is open (warm season).
Do not forget to do a donation in the honesty box at the entrance of the site...

Great spot to pull over for a couple of nights. Small donation requested. Dump point, a few taps around, rubbish bins, toilet block, river. Awesome cafe across the road.

Free entry - however a donation box is available at the exit. Toilets are modern and very clean. Unfortunately there are no showers. The area available for camping is huge - over 100 acres. I saw two waste dump stations for rv's to use. The camp is right by the river so morning fogs are common. A country pub is within a few minutes walk. Many families dine there at night. There is also a popular bakery next to the pub. Although quite a way off the motorway, trucks can still be heard passing in the silent hours. All-in-all it's an excellent place to stop for the night on your way to either Sydney or Melbourne.

Good place to stay a night or two. But bring a torch when you are going to toilet at night. The light was not working.

Very large area, free camping, water. Great for overnight stay. The pool & hot shower is open till 7pm, cost $4.20 for an adult. Or you can swim in the river.
