Ann Nie is and always will be a passionate patissier because she simply loves to bake! She loves to see from its beginning the combination of flour, butter, and sugar to the rising aroma of the baking process, right to the decoration and serving of the final product, and not forgetting the sweet sweet taste as it enters the mouth.
