Jumbo'S Jungle

Overpriced entry, coffees were brought to the table cold, staff were abrupt and rude when we tried leaving the via "wrong" door/gate (despite there being no signage and it being the access point closest to the car park), staff were rude when advising that mini-golf was charged per child not per stick (so when our 3yo wanted a turn and one of the older kids swapped out for him that wasn't ok). We were meeting family halfway between our home and theirs in Sydney and we will never nominate this as the meeting place again. Disappointed.

Poor customer service and hygiene standards. Our son after playing at Jumbos came home with the gastro bug on two separate occasions months apart. After contacting Jumbos we were met with a rude and defensive response, our review deleted from Facebook and blocked. A friend had a party two weeks later and 11 of 15 children who attended got the same vomiting bug.

Dirty and over priced
My son and 13 others got gastro the same day after playing there. Over priced and needs an upgrade. Owners are rude. Save money and go to the park.
Would not recommend and will not return

Honestly you're better off travelling to lollipops in penrith, jumbos is dirty, expensive and dont provide what they advertise. Very dissapointed
