JumpUp is a volunteer group for job seekers, mentors and organisations initially from Western Sydney area. The job seekers are students and graduates in the Arts, Media and Information Technology, with skills in graphic design, web-design, 2D and 3D animation and PC support and computer networking Mentors are teachers and individuals who provide the guidance to the job seekers. Organisations, small companies volunteer groups provide the opportunity to the job seekers under the supervision of mentors.
