STAY AWAY! Health inspector was there after a person reported food poisoning. Little did he know there is a second room out the back where the actual baking goes on and it is filthy. The bread is bought and repackaged as are the so called “custome cakes” which are Coles cakes with mars bars on top, the pies and sausage rolls are bought and resold, chicken in the sandwiches and rolls is left sitting in room temperature water. There’s no Eftpos cause she pays the staff cash to avoid tax. The list of reasons goes on and on. I say again “STAY AWAY”.
Use to be a alright pie shop. Has gone completly down the drain. Last 10 times ive visted ive been happy once..............either closed when ment to be open 7 days..... No pies/sausage rolls most of the time. If they do have pies made its all 1 flavour like plain pie which is a joke. (Im talking 12am in the day)
2 minutes up the road and bremans pattiesery has 100s of pies cooked all flavours ready to go. Worst bakery on the coast as of the last few months......get your act together or close
Bought a couple pies from there, deadset terrible, pastry had some wierd flavour I've never tasted before, breaky pie was soggy on the bottom with next to no flavour in all of them.
Stay well clear of this joint, you'd get a better pie at the servo.
Bought two meat curry pies today the meat and pastry was so dry that the pie just fell apart in my hands and the meat was black it was that dry... I have been going to the shop years never had a problem never again
Gr8.. had a total sugar fix. Just what I needed. Tasted awesome as if it was freshly prepared only minutes before was lucky enough to buy it.
No eftpos machine cash only they say.
