Just Cuts Warriewood

I've had my last 5 or so hair cuts here and love it. No stuffing around, if there is a wait they sms you to let you know to come back. They always ask what style I want and cut what I have asked for.
I keep going back as it is good value and quick.

overpriced : i got my hair washed, trimmed and blow dried and it costed $110, don't recommend

SCAM!!! Avoid at all cost

The most expensive and worst hair cut I have ever had!!

It advertises relax its just $6.
So I went in and said That I just need a quick hair cut. Seeing the advertised price combined with the name made me assume it is a store on the cheaper side and all you get is " just a hair cut ".

Inside I had to wait 5 minutes even though there were 3 employees + owner and only 1 other customer.
It was a painful experience right from the start. The worst and slowest customer service you could imagine. Firstly I had to give them my name and phone number. The owner herself typed in my details. She made a mistake and became really unfriendly.

Finally i sat down. She went trough my hair and said that she needs to give it a quick wash or she couldn't cut it.
The quick wash took way longer than it should have. I was wondering what she is doing. It was really unpleasant. When we were finally done she gave me the haircut. Which was done in less than 5 minutes. She didn't take much care.
When it was done I went to pay and she said its $36!
6 times the price that was advertised!!!
Obviously I was pissed off and all she did was show me some tiny writing under the advertisement which said the skull massage is only 6$ (only!) together with a haircut. I payed and walked of so i wouldn't do anything stupid.
A couple minutes later I realised that my hair was still wet, my neck wasnt done properly and she left a 1cmx7cm area way to long. I didn't realise early as she didn't even hold me a mirror behind my head to show me how it looks like from the back.

I really regret getting this haircut. I had better ones for $8. In fact, I can cut it better myself.

I will go back after the weekend and ask for a refund.
