The pastizzi is a delicious little hand formed pastry parcel containing a range of tasty fillings. Currently we have Ricotta cheese, Ricotta Cheese & Spinach also Chicken & vegetables.
All that's required to prepare pastizzi is to heat them in the oven. they are perfect as finger foods for parties, board meetings, buffets and other special occasions. They can be served hot or cold, with or without dipping sauces and are ideal at barbecues and other social gatherings.

Ravioli are a type of dumpling composed of a filling sealed between two layers of thin pasta dough. Usually served either in broth or with a pasta sauce, they are a tradional food in Maltese cuisine.
